Kevin R. Hanson is the Chief Executive Officer of the Ashton Group. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Hanson has been advising boards of directors, management teams and investors through mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, fundraising, due diligence efforts and strategic and transition planning. Currently, Mr. Hanson serves on the Board of Directors of Carl Warren & Company and serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Milwaukee Chamber Orchestra. Prior to the Ashton Group, Mr. Hanson was a Principal with Marshall & Stevens, a Vice President with Valuation Research Corporation and a Research Associate with Robert W. Baird & Co. |

C. Paul Snyder joined Ashton Group in 2012 and serves as the company's president. Mr. Snyder comes to Ashton Group with more than a decade of experience in serving businesses' and business owners' legal needs and is an expert in bringing results-oriented, resolution insights to business and financial strategies. His diverse work in business litigation and contract negotiations representing Fortune 500 companies, most recently at Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., brings another dimension to the organization.
Professionally, Mr. Snyder serves as board director for Enterprises of Asheville and a section of the State Bar of Wisconsin,and sits on several community boards as an officer including Lighthouse Academies of Wisconsin, Present Music and Next Generation UPAF. Mr. Snyder earned a J.D., from Marquette University Law School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and was recognized with the distinction of Rising Star on the Wisconsin SuperLawyers list for five consecutive years from 2007-2011. Mr. Snyder completed his B.A. at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, and is an avid cyclist and musician. |
